Performance characteristics:
1. Flexible seal between mechanical seal and axe body(trapezoid) can make material working under vacuum condition.
2. Axe body can circulate heating by electricity, steam, water and oil. Special temperature sniffer in the driveshaft can make sure material temperature error less than ±1℃, realizing cooling of clip set,bottom clip set,tube and deflector.
3.Inside axe is large-scale fashioning,automatic polishing ensures activities of planet shelf(applicable to seal glue).All the materials will be fully hang up during rotating.
4.Hemp flowers propeller(distance between paddle and paddle,paddle and barrel is 3-4mm) is rotating when revolution which makes material around flowing up and down. So as to achieve effective effects in a short time.Inside axe,there are one or two dispersers which rotating during revolution, making stong shearing and dispersing whose effects are several times higher than normal mixer.
5.Rotating and revolution of indise propeller and high-speed disperser are of frquency control. |
